We’re Performance Finance, a specialist in providing tailor-made loans and finance for medical professions and professional service companies. Performance Finance comprises of Performance Finance Ltd and its sister company Performance Lease Finance LLP.

Performance Finance is limited by guarantee (no. 4725729) and Performance Lease Finance is a limited liability partnership (no. OC375066). How do we collect information from you? 
 
We obtain information about you when you use our websites, for example, when you contact us about products and services, from exhibitions and networking and from communications with our account managers and sales support team. We also obtain information from suppliers, brokers and direct from individuals. 
 
What type of information is collected from you?

If you submit a finance quotation request via our website, your details are collected via encrypted online forms and are sent by encrypted email to our controlled mailbox to enable us to provide you with a quote. 
 
If we take a card or direct debit payment, your information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card and direct debit transactions, as explained below.

Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third party finance providers to bring you competitive finance rates. When you enquire about or enter into a finance agreement, we will pass only the required details to the relevant third party product provider who will use the information to process your application and carry out their obligations arising from any contracts you have entered into with. In some cases, they will be acting as a data controller of your information and therefore we advise you to read their Privacy Policy. These third party product providers will share your information with us which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 
 
We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation, or if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers.
