Stuart Burn - Managing Director Performance Finance Ltd.

Stuart is responsible for ensuring Performance Finance continually provides exceptional products at the very best value whilst creating a working environment that is stimulating, challenging and enjoyable.

Stuart strives for excellence throughout the business and promotes a family atmosphere and family values within.

Stuart claims work is his biggest hobby. He's married with two children, Robyn and Cameron and if there's any spare time left he enjoys golf and rugby. Stuart is also an Arsenal fan.

Peter Ward - Area Manager Midlands & North West

Peter is responsible for new business; client and supplier relationship management.

Peter has ten years banking experience providing finance to professional practices.

Outside of work Peter is a season ticket holder at Birmingham City and enjoys skiing, badminton and golf.

Pete George - Area Manager London & South East

Pete is responsible for new business; client and supplier relationship management.

Pete has worked for five years in optical equipment sales and enjoys watching live sports, going to the gym, reading, ipadding and anything involving food!

Cathy Blessing - Area Manager South West & Wales

Cathy is responsible for new business; client and supplier relationship management.

Joining us in 2009 Cathy brings with her over 20 years experience in asset finance.

Outside of work Cathy enjoys horse riding and swimming with her two daughters and is closely involved with Almondsbury UWE FC as part of their management team.

Neil Verlander - Area Manager East Anglia & North East

Neil joined Performance Finance in February 2010 and brings 15 years of previous experience from a sales and finance background.

As a father of three, Neil greatly enjoys spending time with his family and additionally plays football and golf.

Stacey Pywell, Tracy Wright and Carolyne Hurst

Stacey W.Pywell - Operations Director 

Stacey is responsible for providing the Managing Director with business development and sales administration support. She also provides trouble shooting support across the entire business and helps to develop relationships with advisors, lenders, suppliers and clients, whilst continually assisting in looking at ways to improve systems and procedures.

Outside of work, Stacey enjoys keeping fit by attending the gym on a regular basis, running and going to dance classes.  She also enjoys travelling and visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures.

Tracy Wright - Part time Customer Services Co-ordinator

Tracy is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our existing clients, lenders and suppliers.

Outside of work Tracy enjoys socialising with friends travelling and is kept busy by her young daughter. 

Carolyne Hurst - Sales Support Co-ordinator

Carolyne is responsible for providing administration support to finance advisors, lenders, suppliers and clients to ensure that Performance Finance is considered the best finance provider in the UK.

At home she has an 12yr old son who keeps her busy and is a volunteer at the local youth centre.
